Account Settings

Update your farm name, logo, contact info, storefront styles, and manage your team.

Account settings let you control everything about how your store looks and operates. Here’s a guide to each settings section.

Click Settings at the bottom of the admin sidebar. Use the tabs at the top to move between different settings areas.

General Settings

Go to Settings > General for your core business information:

  • Farm name — Appears in your storefront header, customer emails, and your store URL. This is the name customers see everywhere.
  • Contact email — Where customer inquiries are forwarded. Appears in your storefront footer.
  • Contact phone — Shown in your storefront footer. Optional, but builds customer trust.
  • Business address — Used for delivery zone calculations and your storefront footer. Enter your actual business address, not a PO box, for accurate delivery radius calculations.
  • Timezone — Used for order cutoff timing. Make sure this matches your local time zone.
  • Store URL — Your yourfarm.mypicket.app subdomain. This cannot be changed after setup — contact support if you need to change it.

Branding Settings

Go to Settings > Branding:

  • Logo — Upload your farm logo. PNG with transparent background works best. At least 400×400px.
  • Farm tagline — A short phrase that appears under your logo in the storefront header (optional).
  • Hero image — A wide photo used as the default background for hero blocks on your pages.

Design Settings

Go to Settings > Design or the combined Appearance tab (depending on your admin version):

  • Font pairing — Choose from curated heading + body font combinations.
  • Color palette — Select from professionally designed palettes, or customize your own primary color.
  • Button style — Rounded, square, pill, or minimal. Applies to all call-to-action buttons in your storefront.
  • Homepage — Choose which of your pages loads at your root URL.

Changes in Design apply to your live storefront immediately when saved.

Email Settings

Go to Settings > Email:

  • From name — The sender name on all customer emails. Use your farm name (“Brookfield Blooms”) rather than a generic address.
  • Reply-to email — Where customer email replies are directed.
  • Notification settings — Toggle which events trigger customer emails:
    • Order confirmation (always recommended)
    • Status updates (Processing, Out for Delivery, Completed)
    • Subscription billing receipts
    • Cancellation confirmations

Team Settings

Go to Settings > Team to manage who has admin access to your store.

Inviting a Team Member

  1. Click Invite Team Member.
  2. Enter their email address.
  3. Choose a role.
  4. Send the invitation.

They’ll receive an email to set up their account and access your admin.

Roles

Admin — Full access to everything: products, orders, customers, settings, billing.

Staff — Can view and manage orders, products, and customers. Cannot access settings, billing, or team management. Good for a farm employee or a helper who processes orders.

Plan Limits on Team Seats

  • Free plan — 1 team member (just you)
  • Standard plan — 3 team members
  • Pro plan — Unlimited

Removing Team Members

Click the Remove button next to their name. Their access is revoked immediately.

Notification Settings

Go to Settings > Notifications for admin-facing alerts (separate from customer emails):

  • New order email — Get emailed when a new order is placed. Highly recommended so you never miss an order.
  • New subscription email — Notification when someone signs up for a subscription plan.
  • Form submission email — Forwarded when a customer submits your contact form.
  • SMS alerts — Optional text message notifications for new orders. Enter your mobile number.

Payments Settings

Go to Settings > Payments to manage your Stripe connection:

  • Connect / Disconnect Stripe — Connect your bank account to accept payments.
  • View connection status — See whether your Stripe account is fully active or needs attention.

For full details on Stripe Connect, see the Stripe Connect & Payments article.

Media Settings

Go to Settings > Media to access your full media library — upload, organize, and manage your farm photos and files. See Media Library for the full guide.

Custom Domain

Go to Settings > Domain if you want to use a custom domain (like shop.yourfarm.com) instead of your default yourfarm.mypicket.app URL.

This requires adding DNS records at your domain registrar. Picket provides the exact records to add, and SSL certificates are provisioned automatically once DNS is verified.
